New year, new Journal update time ... ?

I've been slowly learning more of the "art stuff." Practicing drawing (by hand) and editing in photoshop. I can see why a tablet or a proper mouse would do wonders in photoshop. Currently, been working on coloring in and shading... I just discovered the color replacement tool and gradient maps. Yay! shoutout to changing colors! I've been practicing/drawing more animals sketches lately. I can't wait to get my digital camera fixed(then I can "scan" more pictures.)

Other shoutouts? I'll give a shoutout to Steampunk. I wish I had discovered sooner that a genre existed that supported my love of typewriters and desire to built a flying zeppelin to cross the Atlantic (why stop there, let's cross the Pacific too).
